Parking

Private hotel parking is currently limited to four spaces. However, due to our central location, there is ample public parking nearby. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The nearest long stay car park to the hotel is located in St Catherine’s Walk multi-storey. St Catherine’s Walk is just 0.3 miles (or a 7-minute walk) from the hotel. You can park there for 24 hours for just £5. Click here for more information

There are also short stay options closer to the hotel at both Wilko’s and Friars Park. These are pay-and-display car parks with the following rates:

All Days — 8:00am to 6:00pm (including bank holidays)

£1.60 — up to 2 hours

£2.20 — up to 3 hours

£3.40 — up to 4 hours (maximum)

Vehicles with trailers — double rate

Disabled Blue Badge Holders — 1 hour free parking once a ticket is purchased

Parking is free in these areas from 6:01pm to 7:59am, so if you are spending all day out and about these can be a great option for overnight parking.

Terms & Conditions

Arrival

Check in is between 2:00pm and 10:30pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 10:00pm. Whilst we try and have all rooms ready by 3:00pm there maybe occasions where, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be some delay. The hotel reserves the right to change your room if circumstances dictate that the room is non-operational and we cannot guarantee the room as booked but we do our utmost to facilitate the booking.

Departure

Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11:00am on the day of departure. Your bill for any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

Accessibility

We do not have a lift so please telephone if stairs are a problem.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed in any bedrooms or anywhere inside the building. Damage caused or cleaning required as a result of smoking in bedrooms will be charged a minimum of £100.

Damages, Breakages & Unacceptable Behaviour

Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages or damage, but we will send an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. This includes extra cleaning costs & loss of revenue, if we are unable to re-let your room the night following your stay. We also reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation if your unacceptable behaviour causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests. The management will levy a charge of £35 per person per night against any reservations where occupants exceed the number of agreed adults to a given room type.

Cancellations

The Falcon Hotel has a free cancellation policy, which is up to 2:00pm 48 hours prior to arrival. All cancellations after which, or non-arrival, means your booking will be charged in full. Please note, all discounted rates are not changeable and non-refundable.

Non-availability

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
